Provided social opportunties for families including summer picnic, holiday party and parents night out
Presented "A Parents Perspective" to the Berrien County ISD, with call to action items included
Distributed over 750 bookmarks describing what an autism spectrum disorder is and when to seek an evaluation
Sought out and particpated in awareness events
Established a conference series, 2006/2007 series topic - Advocacy
2007/2008 series topic - Inclusion
Established an e-mail list serv of over 90 recipients
Been an honored recipient of three mini grants by Hannah and Friends,
The Heart of Cook and The Rotary Club
Provide CAUSE advocacy support as requested
Hosted a dispute resolution training conducted by Michigan Mediation Services.
Distributed over 150 Austim Awareness magnets and bracelets
Brought in numberous guest speakers to address a myrid of issues and concerns
Worked to nurture our children, families, relationships and friendships.
